Yagyuu Hiroshi - Adieu to Iwanaide

Don't say Adieu

Yet again a new bud opens
the wind is dancing, telling us spring is coming
I looked down with smile and tears
at the graduation diploma I held to my chest

You leave the school building before me
and start walking home

That unforgettable promise we made
I will protect it in your place
Even if I yearn for these feelings
there are things that fall before they bloom

But I don't want the meaning of goodbye
to last forever
Don't say adieu

The seat that was yours until today
is standing alone in the conference room

I want to give the second button of my jacket
to you who taught us public morals

I won't forget that way home
or the assembly record you entrusted to me
These feelings won't reach you,
but there are also things that bear fruit even if its flowers are scattered

But we will definitely meet each other again
after this goodbye
Don't say adieu

Even if I yearn for these feelings
there are things that fall before they bloom
These feelings won't reach you,
but there are also things that bear fruit even if its flowers are scattered

But we will definitely meet each other again
after this goodbye
Don't say adieu

"I loved you"
